Published Swedish cases of Boxer JKD aka Renal Dysplasia (RD)

The Swedish pedigrees are published by the courtesy of and with the full permission of the Swedish Kennel Club.
All Boxer JKD cases reported here have been confirmed by post mortem or, in a few cases, by a biopsy of the kidneys.
Every owner has signed a consent form and are aware that the pedigree of their dog will be published.
All confirmed RD (Boxer JKD) cases have been published on the Swedish Kennel Clubs Dogdatabase.

These Boxers were born between 1992-2012. The age of death ranges between 4 months to 60 months.
Parents of all diagnosed Boxer JKD cases are shown in blue, indicating that they are the sire or the dam of at least one affected Boxer JKD puppy.  Colour-coding of these dogs in blue when present as ancestors in other published pedigrees, merely indicates that they are also parents of an affected puppy.  It does not imply that these dogs are necessarily responsible for the inheritance of the disease in these other Boxer JKD pedigrees
No attempt is made at this stage to interpret the pedigrees and identify sources of the JKD mutation
